Innovate UK – Fast Followers Project

You are invited to a Climate Change Forum facilitated by Broxtowe Borough Council, sponsored by Innovate UK as part of the Fast Followers project and in collaboration with Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Local Authorities on Thursday 13 March 2025 (9am – 1pm). This free-to-attend event will be open to all including community groups, businesses, schools and residents across the region. Its aim is to act as a catalyst in creating a stakeholder climate change forum, enabling wider collaboration on carbon reduction and environmental best practice conversations amongst key stakeholders.

A full agenda will be provided ahead of the event with the opportunity to select your breakout session and will consist of:

· Key speaker presentations.

· Breakout sessions for detailed information, real life case studies and discussions for businesses, community groups, residents and schools.

· Networking.

· Stall holders – experts across the region with information on topics including retrofit, Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) project; community funding, behavioural change and action for nature.

Light refreshments will be provided (please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements).
