Bramcote Hills Park’s exciting new play area is here for the summer holidays!

Following the extensive Bramcote Hills Park Consultation which was carried out last summer, the Council has designed and carried out improvements to the park based on over 1,000 responses from residents. 

The play area was last renovated 16 years ago and now, along with the refurbishment of play equipment on site, additional equipment has been added. This includes a zip line, traditional style climbing frames, swings, a climbing net and a dedicated toddler unit. Traditional units have been selected rather than modern units as respondents showed a preference for this. Additional seating and picnic tables have also been added following significant support from residents.

This project received £187,632 in funding from the FCC Communities Foundation and Broxtowe Borough Council’s own budget.
