Prior Approval Householder Extensions
Submit an application for Prior Approval Householder Extensions for a single storey, rear extension.
Under the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 you can apply for prior approval for single storey rear extensions between:
- 3 metres and 6 metres for terraced or semi-detached houses
- 4 metres and 8 metres for detached houses
