T413 - Multi-Skilled Operative - Gas Engineer
We are looking for a Gas Engineer to undertake domestic gas servicing and maintenance activities within our 4500 Council houses.
You will be able to diagnose faults to gas appliances and fix problems without delay on a daily basis and be competent in the use of data recording and analysis equipment. Most of our boiler stock is Worcester Bosch, so knowledge and skills of servicing and maintaining Worcester boilers will be an advantage.
We’re looking for an individual who has experience in:
- Day to day gas repairs
- Gas servicing
- Dealing with tenants
- ACS qualified with minimum CCN1, CEN1, CPA1, WAT1, HTR1 and CKR1
- Gas Safe approved
- Wide range of knowledge regarding the diagnosis of boiler and system defects.
- Extensive experience of domestic gas servicing and maintenance / fault finding
- Excellent customer care skills and an ability to communicate effectively with vulnerable people
- A “can-do” attitude and are used to working to performance targets.
- Full UK Driving License.
The ideal candidate would be:
- ACS qualified with minimum CCN1, CEN1, CPA1, WAT1, HTR1 and CKR1
- Gas Safe approved
- Someone who represents our GREAT values and behavior's
- Full UK Driving License.
