TMPBSU Business Support Administrator

Salary: £23,146 pro rata Temporary for 12 months 20 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our busy Business Support Team providing valuable support to all departments within the Council

As a Business Support Administrator you will be responsible for scanning and indexing personnel files, processing and distribution of mail, answering the telephone and other administrative tasks.

We’re looking for an individual who has experience in:

  • Administrative tasks
  • IT and common business support packages including word processing and databases
  • Dealing with the public

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have the ability to work within a team
  • Have a flexible “can do” attitude
  • Be someone who represents our GREAT values and behaviours.
