Broxtowe Homechoice Registration

Option 1 –Existing Homesearch users

If you  have a Homesearch account with us, you now need to register with the new Homechoice portal

Option 2- Homechoice users

If you have already registered with Homechoice and would like to update your application or bid for properties visit www.broxtowe-homechoice.org.uk

Make sure you have your Homesearch registration reference number (for current applicants) and for both current and new applicants, any supporting documents that you may need to upload, once you have submitted your application.

Homesearch to Homechoice

We will be replacing our existing Broxtowe Homesearch system in June, with Broxtowe Homechoice (Opens in a New Window). This is the council’s new Choice Based Lettings system, and is live for applications now. The new customer portal will give you 24/7 access to your application, as well as a chat function which allows you to communicate with us quickly and easily.

Existing Homesearch applicants

For those of you who currently have a Homesearch Application, you are invited to re-apply on the new system, and to do that, you will need to know your current housing registration reference number, so that we can match you with your current application. You can do this now. You will still be able to have access to Homesearch to enable you to place bids on properties, but only until Monday 17^th June.

We will be opening our Homechoice Portal for you to bid on properties from Tuesday 18^th June. As this will be your first opportunity to bid within our Homechoice system we will be extending our advertising cycle to one week, therefore you will be able to bid for a property in Homechoice from Tuesday 18^th June to Tuesday 25^th June.

If you are new to us, you can apply directly to Homechoice, but you may need to be patient with us, as it could take up to 21 days to assess your application.
