How to appeal a planning decision and the grounds of appeal.
Grounds of appeal
You can appeal on the following three grounds:

If your application has been refused

If the Council has not made a decision within the statutory time limit and you have not agreed an extension of time

If you do not agree with one or more of the conditions imposed on the permission
Please note that there is no third party right of appeal, so only the applicant can appeal against a decision.
