The Council asked for your thoughts to help ensure that all electors have good facilities for voting.

5 responses were received during the public consultation.
Highlights
The responses received included some in support of the recommended alterations to polling district boundaries and changes to polling places. There were also some requests for changes that were unable to be approved due to viability.

Next steps 
Following the consultation, clip boards were provided in all polling stations for the elections in 2024.
Additionally, all polling staff including presiding officers, poll clerks and polling station inspectors receive training on how to support electors with a disability to place their vote.
